Cleanliness and Covid Precautions
Our suitcases are subject to inspection in-between rentals to ensure that they are in excellent condition. Every VinoFlight suitcase is vigorously cleaned between rentals. This includes disinfecting, wipe down, and sanitizing methods that comply with leading Covid 19 health and safety regulations.
Security Deposit Required
A $250 security deposit will be held until the return of the suitcase rental. This deposit will be used towards any suitcase damage that does not reflect normal wear and tear, or where it is clear that the suitcase has been mishandled. This includes damages such as burns, spills, and rips and tears in lining that are not produced under normal use, as well any suitcase disfigurement caused by using our product for purposes other than what it is designed and intended for.
Use of Provided Suitcase Cover
Each case comes with a mandatory suitcase cover, which Renters are required to use during transport. If a suitcase is returned with scratches and scuffs due to failure to use the provided cover, Renter will be charged accordingly. If the suitcase cover is not returned, a $25 replacement fee will be deducted from the deposit.
Rental Suitcase Return Shipping
Once you return from your travels there is a 7-day grace period to ship your rental suitcase back to us. If for any reason the suitcase is returned from an address other than the original shipping address, Renter is responsible for any extra shipping or packaging costs incurred.
Late Charges
If the suitcase is returned late, late charges may apply at the rate of $25 dollars per day, which will be subtracted from the initial deposit. If the suitcase is not returned at all for any reason, the full deposit will be deemed non-refundable.

Airline Baggage Weight Rules and Guidelines
When 12 regular sized bottles of wine are carried in our rental suitcase, the baggage weight stays under the 50lb standard weight limit for checked baggage on domestic and international flights. Please be aware that if larger bottles, or any other additional items are added for transport, this may result in additional airline weight charges, which VinoFlight is not responsible for.
